Pros:

Free even for large traffic sites. Plenty of features. A solid product. No restrictions on allowed sites or traffic. Constantly evolving.

Cons:

Not much really. Google analytics is truly a market leader in everyway.

Overall:

There is no harm using this product. Its free (paid plans for enterprises with many more flexibilities) and offers everything one need to track visitor activity.
