Growing fast by user size and by awesome features. Hundreds of extensions (Pretty much all the popular cloud apps can be connected) and very flexible and easy to integrate API.
Difficult to get started. Not so novice friendly especially when you're coming from another platform. Difficult to setup marketing automation.
I am still happy with product, pricing and features they have to offer.

Plenty of features, can be used for free for anyone with small email list. Cheaper pricing and pay as you go planning is really win-win for lite users.
A bit of learning curve required if you need most out of it. It took me weeks to figure out everything including how to setup autoresponder. Aweber and Getresponse win here.
A solid product and truly market leader solution in email marketing industry nowaday. Constantly innovating product. Recommended for any size of business.
