In our opinion, this result can be best used if one keeps things into perspective. Average search volume for a keyword in the last 12 months may not make much sense if you know this stat for only one keyword.
If you compare this number with the number for the same parameter against a different keyword, then you will be able to judge which one may bring more traffic to your website.
Sometimes, users may confuse this number with actual data, or they may find that it does not match with the number available for the same keyword on Google Keyword Planner.
We have already explained how Google may show a higher search volume for the same keyword. We discussed it in the section about sources of this data.
Even though KWFinder is considered a very accurate keyword research tool, we think people should use information about search volume in relation to the volume shown for other keywords.
Having CPC (cost per click) data right next to a keyword will obviously help someone who is doing keyword research for a PPC campaign.

One would look for a lesser number against both PPC and CPC to find a keyword which can be easily used to get better rankings.
It depends on an individual how he interprets and then uses this information regarding PPC and CPC.
Every keyword research tool has its own version of this stat. Keyword difficulty informs the user about how difficult it will be to rank for a keyword.
It can easily be considered the most important stat, which you need to decide whether you want to use the keyword in your campaign or not.
KWFinder uses stats from various popular sources such as Moz and Majestic to calculate keyword difficulty. They use domain authority and page authority from Moz and use citation flow and trust flow from Majestic.
They have not specified how much weightage is given to each stat. KWFinder uses these stats to calculate LPS (link profile strength) for websites showing up on Google’s first result page for that keyword.
Then they use these LPS values to decide keyword difficulty for a keyword. It is on a 1-100 scale with lower being easier.
Some of the keywords may not have a keyword difficulty stat in the results table. You will need to select those keywords to get the stat for those numbers. It happens because of higher frequency of updates.
The platform allows for sorting and filtering of results based on these metrics. You can sort keyword based on any of these metrics by simply clicking on it. Subsequent clicks reverse the order of appearance of results.
For filters, you can decide upper and lower limits for search volume, PPC, CPC, and keyword difficulty. Then you can choose if you want to include only those results which contain a particular keyword.
There are some words which are generally referred to as ‘negative keywords’ as they do the exact opposite of what you want to achieve by including a keyword in your SEO campaign.

If domain authority of your website is 22, and there is site in SERP analysis with domain authority of 20 or 21, then you can try looking for competing for that keyword and getting in top results organically.

Price is always a big concern when it comes to such tools. However, we never discussed the price aspect of this tool as they keep on changing all the time.
Instead, we focused on features. And after paying close attention to all the features, we can say that KWFinder is a refined tool with nothing much substantial to improve in it.
If we are going to be very picky, then we may say that they could’ve included a direct comparison between multiple competitors and included more information about PPC campaigns of others.
But these are very inconsequential issues, and we have no problems in recommending this product for keyword research. The price keeps on varying just like it does for any other web application. If you are lucky, you may get this fantastic tool at a meager price.
